journal not of epiphany
I am somewhat relieved to understand that NAOMI project in Vancouver exists ,the quote from the globe and mail cation reads like a dream or esp,you can pay Al Capone or Marcus Welby ,but you must become enlightened to know that it is harmful to expect that the addicted will miraculously turn unaddicted,few ever give up on the herion,only 78 persons at Insite out of 12,000 visits ever asked for mediation to stop.
The high is so inexplicable to non users there is failure of words to describe such.
Hope rises eternal that the Kaiser foundation can persuade the powers at the gov'ts.to see common sense,
after all the weak sentences and weak interseption of smuggled in substances is not the users fault.
Only ignorance or willful malice to self could be the origin of addiction with amply supply,ownership so to speak of this problem is not at the doorstep of the porous border yet,but that i see as the problem.
Only the small number of trial individuals means possibiliy that the election coming may have something to do with this,the media highlighting the NAOMI.
